As you may be aware, there have been many bugs as a result of the downtime. My understanding is that some of the mods used on Aspergic are incompatible with the version that we upgraded too. So thus, I think we are due to downgrade to the version we were using before the downtime.

Anyway, if anyone encounters a bug or glitch please post it in this thread for the Admin team to take a look at.

Bugs / Glitches so far:

Clicking the Aspergic logo brings you to a broken link. Putting a "www." in front of this link seems to fix it.

When I do the above fix, it shows me as logged out even though I am not. Visiting another page corrects this.

The "Aspergic" link in the text navigation bar does not work. Nor does the "forums" link in the black graphical navigation bar work. (see above)

The "Last post time" link on the forum home is replaced by numbers (it actually looks like a member's username).

Viewing a members profile does not work.

Another glitch I've seemed to have found is being able to view people's profile, it seems to be a big problem and it comes up like this.

Quote

Fatal error: Call to undefined method seo_profile::tabStatusUpdates() in /home/chrisb12/public_html/admin_secret/applications/members/extensions/profileTabs/status.php on line 57

- Also, people are shown as offline when they are really online, but I don't know if its just me that is just having that problem?

At the bottom right corner,. you'd find that the forum software is in beta and so far, there is alot of bugs on this version as I've read alot of threads about them.

I'm pretty sure I have found a fix for it but I have to show Chris though because I'm not the site admin.

This forum is acting funny. When I come here, I am logged out and when I login, it logs me in but then it says I am not logged in until I click on one of the boards. But when I click on "View new content" or try and view my own profile, I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method skin_search_16::searchResultsAsForum() in /home/chrisb12/public_html/admin_secret/applications/core/modules_public/search/search.php on line 639

Thats one of the bugs that gets on my dang nerves the most, but simply when you return to the page, all you have to do is refresh the page and it then shows that you are logged in.

I got confused there for a minute. I scrolled up the page instead of down and thought a few posts were duplicates or something.

The bug that annoys me the most is when I click on the Aspergic logo to go the board index but get an error. I have to type a "www." in front of the address as a temp fix every time.

The temporary fix to log in is to take away the www.

All the issues are now fixed as far as I can see! If you notice anything else odd, please let me know! We're back to normal afaik. Woot.

The "My Information" bit in profiles is a bit squashed looking. Is that normal? :P

I totally agree with you. I've only went to check if my profile was working?
By the way, what browser are you using?

Found another problem. If I log in under aspergic.com it doesn't show that i've logged in. After the log in, it redirects to www.aspergic.com. When I click on a forum it drops the www. and shows me as logged in. Does that make sense?

The only thing you could end up doing everytime you log in is to take away the www. from the URL, you'd find that it works straight afterwards, there must be some sort of way to fix that?

Either just redirect it to http://aspergic.com everytime we type it in the way we normally type it.
